Normal working hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 45 minutes lunch.
Normal working hour rate: $110.00
Saturdays, overtime in excess of 8 hours, or after 4:30: $162.50
Sundays and Holidays: $215.00
Travel time rate is the same as the normal working hours rate.
Charges are computed from the time the field engineer leaves his home base until he arrives back at his home base.
Additional Charges:
Automobile travel other than car rental $0.85 per mile plus parking fees and tolls.
Per diem $45.00 per night
Hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental and miscellaneous transportation at actual cost.
For equipment still under warranty: Any service requested on equipment still under warranty, which is not made available during normal working hours, will be charged at one and a half our regular hourly rate.
